No two jobs are the same, so each job is treated on an individual basis that will be visually inspected to determine the most cost efficient and cost effective method possible to provide the best results.

4. What emergency services are provided by CMBS Inc.?
All emergency services for CMBS Inc clients have a 1.5 to 2 hour response time depending on location.

5. Are CMBS Inc crews supervised?
All crews have a working supervisor with them at all times. A member of the management team inspects all work, to be sure that our clients receive the best possible service on a consistent basis.

6. How much do you charge for commercial cleaning?
We understand that each building has unique cleaning needs. Therefore, in order to understand your building’s cleaning needs, we will first schedule a meeting with you to determine those unique needs. After that, we will put together a proposal that will explain how we will meet your commercial janitorial needs and how much the cost of service.
